Tourist apartment building with sea views in Sarandë

Terraka is conceived as a contemporary and site-sensitive architectural response to the unique topography and coastal landscape of Sarandë.

The project consolidates three complementary programs—retail, parking, and residential units—within a single volume, establishing a hybrid configuration that responds to sea views, slope conditions, and urban continuity.

The inverted trapezoidal massing gives the building a distinct identity while improving solar exposure and creating a lighter visual footprint that integrates harmoniously into its context.
