Pepe Gascón Arquitectura develops residential, renovation, interior design and hospitality projects throughout the Costa Brava and the Empordà. With more than two decades of experience, the studio works with national and international clients, supporting them from the initial studies through technical development and construction.

Designing on the Costa Brava requires a precise understanding of a landscape characterised by sloping sites, established vegetation, privileged views and highly varied planning conditions. The position of the building, its orientation, solar protection, natural ventilation and adaptation to the topography are fundamental to creating comfortable spaces that belong naturally to their setting.

Each project begins with its context and the needs of the people who will inhabit it. We are interested in calm and timeless architecture, natural light, authentic materials and a continuous relationship between interior and exterior spaces. Rather than imposing a predetermined style, we seek a specific response to each site, existing building and way of life.

The studio’s experience includes new-build homes, renovations, the restoration of traditional houses, hotels and interior design projects in Begur, Tamariu, Aiguablava, Pals, Gualta, Platja d’Aro and other locations across the Costa Brava and the Baix Empordà.
