The Shëngjin Tourist Complex is located on the northern coast of Albania, in a privileged natural and cultural setting between the Adriatic Sea and the town of Shëngjin.

The project aims to establish a new model of responsible tourism, balancing development with environmental preservation. The site is defined by its sloped topography and strategic coastal location, offering direct and privileged views of the coast. 

The project proposes three distinct programs: holiday apartments, a hotel, and a group of semi-detached houses.

On a steep hillside in Begur, with privileged views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding greenery, stands this single-family home designed as a second residence for extended summer stays. The project was born from the intention to integrate with the site’s topography.
