Pepe Gascón Arquitectura designs this contemporary luxury villa in Somosaguas, one of the most exclusive residential areas in Pozuelo de Alarcón and Madrid. The single-family home combines architectural design, privacy and a close relationship with the landscape, creating a unique residence conceived to enjoy natural light, spaciousness and outdoor living.

The house is arranged over two levels around a large double-height space that articulates the vertical circulation and enhances the visual continuity between floors. The ground floor accommodates the main living areas, with generous living, dining and kitchen spaces opening onto the outdoors, while the upper floor contains the bedrooms and the home's most private areas.

The project is conceived as an architecture closely connected to its surroundings, orienting the main rooms towards the landscape and the landscaped gardens of the plot. Exposed concrete becomes the defining material of the proposal, exploring its tectonic qualities, texture and expressive potential. The solidity and plasticity of the material contrast with the changing presence of vegetation, creating a serene, timeless architecture deeply integrated into the natural character of Somosaguas.
