Tourist apartment building with sea views in Sarandë (Albania)

The project is guided by a vision that is fresh, light, and subtle, where form and materiality converge in a refined and honest architectural language.

The building is conceived as a pure, restrained volume that adapts naturally to the sloping terrain through a stepped implantation strategy.

Exposed white concrete is the primary structural and expressive material, complemented by whitewashed wood and metal elements in light tones (white or taupe grey). This neutral palette captures the shifting coastal light and enhances the project’s ethereal presence. The composition embraces clarity and shadow, creating a rhythm of “white upon white”, where architecture becomes a vessel for light and calm.
