Refurbishment and new commercial use of a children park

Refurbishment project of an emblematic children park, located in the center of Platja d'Aro (Costa Brava), changing its use into a commercial one. It is intended to carry out an integral operation to adapt the existing building to a mixed use that combines the commercial use in the ground floor, and the hotel use in the first floor and terrace. At the same time, the building must be updated to the current requirements and regulations.

The accesses have been prioritized in the curved corner of the building, projecting a new exterior image that renews the obsolete image that it currently offers. To enhance the commercial claim, the base of the building has been treated totally glazed.
